Return Policy

At Kapoor Lehenga Saree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we offer returns for items that are damaged, defective, or are entirely different from what is shown online. This applies to all our collections, including (but not limited to) Haldi Mehendi sarees, Wedding sarees, Party Wear sarees, Bridal lehengas, Reception lehengas, and designer collections.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned within 2-3 Week of receipt.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. Refund would reflect within 5 days of initiation.  

Return Process

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for return.

  4. If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for items that are damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or negligence.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Within India: The above conditions and process apply for returns within India.

  • Outside India: The above conditions and process apply for returns outside India. However, please be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply to your return shipment. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
